Things I did once: #8 (Contents under pressure)

Things I did once: #8

Were you ever a young boy, who misread the label "Contents under pressure" on a can of black spray paint?

Did you read "contents" not as a noun, but as a verb, and wonder what it means to content?

Did you decide that the best way to content a can of black spray paint, was to apply pressure with a pair of pruning shears?

Did you also have a curious little brother who happened to walk into the garage, at precisely the time that you were contenting the can of black of spray paint?

Did your curious little brother come within range, just as the can of black of spray paint reached contentment?

Was your curious little brother suddenly a different color?

Did you freak out and run next door to your cousin's house, and seek advice from your slightly wacky uncle?

Did your slightly wacky uncle suggest that the only way to get the paint off your brother, was to use gasoline?

Did you think to yourself, "I just painted my brother black, setting him on fire seems excessive?"

Did you bite the bullet and call your parents, and tell them what you did?

Despite the fact that you thought you had committed a capital offense, are you still here to tell this story?

Huh.

That EXACT same thing happened to me!
