This is a rarer and rarer occurrence.
Jordan is my first child, but more than that, Jordan is MY child.
She is my writer and my photographer.
She is my poet.
Jordan's soul is my soul.
As she begins to take center stage in her own life, I find myself pushed further into the wings...and I'm okay with that -- because I love the show, and I have the best seat in the house. I stand behind her, and watch as she shines.
And, when she looks back, that's where I'll always be.
